181 Fremont is a 700-ft high, 54-story mixed-use tower in San Francisco with 404,000 sf of office space, 74 luxury condominiums, 2,000 sf of retail space, and belowground parking. The $370M development is part of the Transbay Transit Center District Plan, which includes 145-acres surrounding the new Transbay Transit Center currently under construction. The iconic LEED-CS Gold-certified, high-profile project consists of modern and sustainable design features, such as floor-to-ceiling curtain walls of shimmering glass wrap around the building to define the exterior, a 25-ft grand lobby, a 5th-floor sky bridge connecting the building directly to the Transbay Center rooftop park, and a green roof. The project also includes five levels of underground parking, a 220-stall bike barn with private stalls, a fitness center and external balcony.
